Coaching gives you quality time to be fully listened to. It’s a series of structured conversations with the simple aim of helping you to positively change your life. Your coach will ask questions which help you to fully explore your chosen life issue. This may involve reviewing past experiences, reflecting on your responses to situations or identifying the future impact of different choices you plan to make.
The results of these conversations will enable you to decide the best way forward for you. Working with a coach also motivates you to commit to taking action. You’re more likely to get things done when someone else is interested in the results of your actions.
Unless otherwise agreed most coaching sessions will last an hour. Generally they will take place in a neutral venue away from home or work. Occasionally coaching can be provided by phone or Skype.
